I have used it several times and continue to do so. I have had both good and bad luck with it. When it works, it is really a great finish. That is why I keep trying it.

A few tips:
1. Always clean the steel with the blue wonder cleaner. Use a heat gun. You can't get the steel too hot in cleaning or when bluing.
2. I clean with blue wonder, then acetone, then blue wonder again.
3. Heat the steel prior to treatment. Use a heat gun.
4. Heat the steel during treatment.
5. Use plenty of developer. This is my biggest complaint. They don't give you enough developer.
6. Watch the time spent after with the developer. If left too long it will turn brownish.
If this seems like a negative, it is a bit, but when it works it works great.

It is also good for touchups too.
