Where do you buy your 2.5" 12 gauge shotshells?
Domestic RST and POLYWAD 2.5's are both over $100 per case. Is there a less expensive source? Probably imports?
THANKS.

B&P have some cheaper, but good shells. Here's their pressure chart . From there you can go to their Home and get additional info if you wish. http://www.bandpusa.com/speed-pressure.html

These are also slightly cheaper. I have used them and they are fine. http://neweraammunition.com/

I buy the B&Ps direct from K-P. There are two High-Phez 2.5" loadings - one fast, and one sedate. I use the latter in my 1902 Daly. They tend to pattern on the tight side, so may not be what you'd want for a gun with tight constrictions.

If you can catch B&P when they are on sale plus free shipping, then they are a decent deal. Galazan used to sell Gamebore at a reasonable price, but I haven't looked lately. Armusa makes some nice short shells, but I don't think they have a current US distributor. If you are looking for low pressure and are willing to shoot 2-3/4" shells of appropriate pressure, the Fiocchi light 12 training loads in 12 ga are 7/8 oz of 8's at 6600psi; cheap and readily available.

I would pay for the RST, which are the best low pressure shells for vintage guns that can be bought. The variety is a great plus for RST also.

+1 on the RST. I shoot them in my Fo and LC. Real pheasant, quail and grouse killers in 12, 16 and 20. I love the 2.5 12's.

Buy RST, they have a great selection, very nice people, and they are an American Company and they support the shooting sports. And Morris is a great guy too.
