Entry level to me is set by the manufacturer. They set their product to bands within the market place.
The features that seem to be consistent in the entry level doublegun world are:
Extractors
Heavy barrels
Semi-pistol grip stock w/ hard buttplate
Straight grained wood, though this is a more recent concern between bands.
Little adornment
Internally, limited polishing of parts.
