No name for him, but I'll bet he'll have a name for me. He unfortunately gets a ride to the dog pound today at lunchtime. I hope he'll get a good home. Can't keep em all. JW

Just called the dog pound and got a phone number. Talked to the guy who lost "Kaiser". Sounds like his dog. Gonna meet him in an hour. Gonna be a happy ending after all. JW

If the fellow doesn't want his dog please advise. There is foundation that places hunting dogs in foster homes until a permanent home can be found. I don't know a lot about it but my hunting buddy acts a foster home for labs several times a year and he could get me smarter on the topic.

Oh he wanted him back. Said he was the best hunter he's had. Construction workers accidently let him out on Friday. Both looked pretty happy. John
