They're not real receptive to suggestions. Perhaps they will get the hint when the revenue stops.

That is one of the stupidest running programs that I have ever seen. I tried to use it just now. I gave up! My connection is
running at 11 mbps. It was taking over a minute to bring up any
screen. WHAT A LOSER! I WON'T GO BACK UNTIL IT'S FIXED
