Thanks but for sure I remember it was not a article or mag on a kit.And was for lack of better words in 3 parts. First was building it as a single shot.Then as clip fed like original using original 22 trigger guard etc. Then building as a 22 Hornet again in 2 parts single shot or redoing a Mauser or ???? magazine box.And had lots of pictures and measurements etc.of parts you needed to make and weld.Including some welding on the receiver.And at that time before TIG and Plasma welding that turned me off.But now that I am older and more senile. AS I have the parts still from many years ago. I would at least like to find the information again if possible.
And if my memory is working the title of the article was building a Springfield squirrel/varmint rifle.?? Whitey
