This is (I'm told) a bolt peep for a Mauser I got several years ago, someday it will go on a nice custom. I haven't taken the time to see how all the adjustments work, the aperture is eccentric on the disc which turns for windage and it has a plunger to bring it up and down for elevation. No makers name. A lot of fine machining went into it especially considering the size.
