You're quite welcome. The thing that pleases and amazes me about the ATF rules is that they all make very good sense, and are logical, with what they are trying to accomplish. This is why I have a hard time understanding why there is so much confusion among the folks who are too lazy to read the FAQs for themselves. Some dream up outrageaous scenarios to make an ordeal out of understanding the actual, fairly simple rules. Deliberately, I think. Some FFL holders also make up their OWN rules to milk some extra, unnecessary charges from their customers. Many others are just frighteningly ignorant of the rules they are supposed to know. This adds to the confusion, of course. Nothing with CYA and protecting your license but lying and making up your own rules is not proper business practice, IMO.
