So Khanh is your first name, not Mr. Khanh. Welcome to the board, Khanh. As you say you're not confident to do any work on the gun, yourself, I would not recommend taking the ejectors apart, either. If your gun actually has EXTRACTORS, rather than ejectors, the extractor is pretty simple. An extractor is one piece and simply slides back and forth, held in place by a small screw. It pulls or extracts the shells part way out of the chambers, regardless whether they were fired. Ejectors are two pieces, fairly complicated and usually eject only the fired shell, out of the gun and into the air. The terms are not interchangeable.
