Ok I have a Lefever arms nitro special in 410 gage.

Serial # 204643

it's in good condition all of it's finsh and still works just fine, some damage to the stock

not really looking to sell it, but would like to know about whats it worth and any other infomation I could get.

These days one of the best ways to determine what guns are going for is to follow the online gun sale sites. However, don't be caught up by what the asking prices are, but what guns actually sell for. The are usually a number of Lefever Nitros on these sites:

A Lefever Nitro Special with a serial number in the 204xxx serial number range would be a 1925-vintage gun. So, yours must be one of the first .410-bore Nitro Specials, as the Nitro Special in .410-bore was first catalogued in 1926.

No big deal that it was one of the early Nitros; very big deal that it's a .410. Any kind of vintage American .410 double is worth a hefty premium over all other gauges (except 28) because not very many were made.
