As I understand it, nobody actually owns an Escalade, they're all leased....hey, there's an idea! I wonder how much money you could make if you owned Bo Whoop and rented her out to well-healed duck hunters? Hmmmm, maybe just canned hunts on pen-raised mallards? Heck, I'd pay $100 to dance with her for 5 minutes at the Bo Whoop Competition.

There was a picture of the Fox with the odd opening lever in DGJ, if I'm not mistaken. Can't recall for sure, but I think it was gun number two.

I'd buy $100 worth of beer just to listen to those "in the know" cluck about it for an hour. After an hour I'd think the entertainment value would wear off.

I've actually handled gun #2 and I don't recall any weird toplever on it. I'll have to look at the pictures again but I'm about 99% certain.

I wonder how they determined OWNERSHIP of that gun. If Nash "lost" it, and by all I have read, advertised and reported it, how could someone sell it? Wouldnt it, even after all this time, have to revert? Maybe it did, I dunno.....I aint going a penny over my limit on it tho....

Last Dollar, there is a good paragraph on that in the Julia Catalog. Apparently the Insurance Co. paid off Nash, so his heirs have the dough for that. The Insurance Co., if it still exists, gets the amount they paid off, not current value.

Isn't the 'payor' of the loss - in this case, the insurance co. - entitled to the recovered item for 'salvage rights'?
In any case, any statute of limitations must certainly have run out by now.

DAM, the Julia explanation of that should be in the online catalog. In a somewhat unusual stance, Julias guarantee the authenticity of Bo Whoop. You don't see that from Auction Companies often.
