the range i shoot at most often, there are basewads all over the place. at least, there are enough that i see them w/o specifically looking for them. HOWEVER, i do NOT know what shells they've come out of. i do know there are lots of AA hulls left laying around. i'm still having trouble understanding how the basewad can come out anyway. the expanding powder gasses are supposed to be in front of the basewad. how do they get behind it and blow it out? not saying it doesn't happen as it must because i see evidence of it.
