These look once-fired, not deprimed, and look like they were fired in a fairly snug chamber since there's little or no case body bulge. Headstamped Rem-UMC 25 WCF, 89 pcs, very very clean, look like one of the last runs.

I'm seeking a Winchester 1885 3rd model coil spring hammer & spring and a full-block Lyman 48S, C, M or R and might consider trading for other interesting items including barrels or stock blanks.
Regards, Joe

I wuz wrong about the headstamp, see attached photo. The shorter case on the left is a 25-20 WCF or 25-20 Repeater shown for comparison, my 89 cases as shown in the center & on the right are for the 25-20 Single Shot.

I'd expect to pay or receive suitable difference on any trade, either cash or further trade.

These of course would also make splendid 22-3000 or R-2 Lovell cases. Thanks for your interest!
Regards, Joe

Joe,

It appears that your brass has already been fire-formed to R2 Lovell.

You're right! It was sold to me as 25-35 brass and I just assumed the owner made a mistake reading the headstamp. Guess I made a mistake not checking the neck dia and shoulder angle. Either way, it's available 'cause I'll never use it. Or, more likely, a week after it's gone I'll find a rifle in that chambering (resigned grin)!
