Well Rosenheim is town in Bavaria. BTW, there is no proof marks anywhere on gun, seems its made just after the war was over.

On the right tube of this gun there is two letters K.H. Raimey, what d'you think? Definatly it's post war gun circa 1945-48 and I bielive the same maker who made Keysdp' drilling.

Heinrich Krieghoff, etal. left town to be relocated probably in late 1945. That along with the fact that tube makers usually used script or Fraktur letters on the tubes and Heinrich usually had an overlapping "HK". So I'd guess barrel maker Hugo Kirchner. That "H" on the crossbar still makes me conjure up Brothers Helfricht.
Geno: Is the tube pic with "HK"/"KH" from the same longarm as the receiver with the "AG" stamp?
Kind Regards,
Raimey rse

Geno: Is the tube pic with "HK"/"KH" from the same longarm as the receiver with the "AG" stamp? Yes. There is the same mark is on the bbls flats, not on pic. I recalled I saw the same mark on one more post war gun and there was not maker name as well. I got a thought maybe this A-G means A.G. - joint-stock company/corporation? By s/n's I'd say this maker started to make guns just after the war.

Correct are you, Geno: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aktiengesellschaft The frame in the pic looks like a Greif Model 102; does it have cocking indicators and is it a A&D boxlock? Kind Regards, Raimey rse
