Webley and Scott made double guns used for trap. The late Percy Stanbury won 25 U.K national and 18 county championships, between 1925-1953. Whilst Percy,s gun may well have been an off the shelf W.&S.double having 30 inch full choke barrels, he certainley proved its capability as a trap gun.I have seen W.&S; guns built for trap shooting, usually with a Monte Carlo stock and beaver tail fore end,but they are seldom encountered.
