Run with the Fox, you and I own the only factory replacement L.C. Smith vent rib guns that I have ever seen or heard of. Does anyone else own a vent rib Smith that was made before the advent of factory Smith vent ribs? Mine is about a 1907 OE Grade, 32" with extra set of lighter choked 30" barrels salvaged from an early O Grade non ejector gun. It is my favorite Smith shooting gun. The vent rib barrels are obviously a product of Hunter Arms. I am not sure whether the barrels or only the rib is a retrofit.
