That will be Belgian. Could be a Belgian 8 bore but could be a W.Richards of Liverpool as Belgian tubes were sometimes source by English firms. Nothing to loose contacting W.Richards as he has fairly full records for these guns. If Belgian tubes I would expect later English marks when it was sent for final Proof. Lagopus.....
