Daryl: Doesn't the "ELG" in a triangle a Liege marking denoting a Belgian made gun?

ELG would be Belgian, though I have never seen it in a triangle. Here are the Belgian proof marks:
http://damascus-barrels.com/Belgian_All_Proofmarks.htmlA Belgian proof mark only means it passed through the proof house at Liege. I have seen guns that bear both Belgian and British proofs.
According to Vorisek, both Pieper and Crescent produced guns marked W. Richards. This of course is in addition to W. Richards of England.
