Sadly, some of our Supreme Court judges will likely twist the intent and the law to such a degree that they will make Gumby look like he was made of stone in an attempt to deny the
individual right that is the second amendment to all citizens.
Yes we unfortunately have Supreme Justices who would rather legislate from the bench. Probably the worst example of this is Ruth Bader Ginsberg. She is an ultra socialist who would destroy your rights in a heartbeat.
Also remember the terse reporting that the Heller decision received in the news media. It came across to me at the time like: "As much as we hate to report this the Supreme Count has ruled the the 2nd Amendment is in fact an individual right."
