Do I have my wife trained or what? This morning she was making pancakes, and I made the helpful, pre-emptive suggestion that she not burn the pancakes. She told me "Don't you worry, it has a perfect Damascus pattern."

The French call it Crêpes crolle', the Italians Crespelle, or Cheela crolle in India (likely the first to develope "Punjab Pattern Welded Pooda") Also called Ferlacher Pfannkuchen I still think it's a variant of the legendary "Jesus in a Pringle" pattern
