Just a thought .... I would not get too agitated over not finding a D-W pad. In the period of use of these guns, a pad would wear out and another, not always the same maker, would be substituted.
That's true Mark but a white-line pad belongs on a Pachmayer ONLY, kind of like a receiver sight on a high-wall

I have one myself that I need to get around to replacing. In the meantime I used a black magic marker on the white line so no one would see it.
