The pair that I have are excellent for a heavy water fowl gun or a sporting clays gun. Beware they are choked tight and rifle slug tight if the one you have is like mine. Mine were in the .050 constriction range. Barrel walls are thick as heck. You could install screw in chokes in it and have one heck of a nice sporting clays gun. If we had a proof house in this country I would try to get it proofed for 3" shells. The chamber area is just as stout as the rest of the barrels. Be a perfect goose gun with Bismuth shot.
