GMCS is correct and Franz Jaeger can also be found in GGCA publications No. 26, page 16; No. 28, page 14, No. 36 at page 8 & No. 39, page 22. Franz Jaeger was born in 1876 and had 8 siblings, one sister who became the wife of Gustav Kersten. The technology as seen on this example, the Simson-Jaeger Verschluss, was patented in 1904 in Germany with #176578 & #822668(????) in the U.S. of A.; therefore, it was made between 1904 & 1912 as I don't see any Nitro stamps. The left tube has less than 0.2mm constriction and the right tube is choked. It looks like it may have his hinge pin 1905 applied for patented design,
