That is a shame. Too many illegal aliens in California. But you will just have to make trips to Arizona and start stocking up. I have boxes of ammo I have been hoarding away since the 70s. And now I am starting to stock up on lead shot. I cut back my shooting to about half a round of skeet a week. And maybe a round or two of trap a month. That still keeps me tuned up. I recently put in a range in my basement. I had bought a bullet trap at an auction this summer, so I put it up this week. The range is about 30 feet long and is great for my Ruger Single Six. If I need to do any shooting further out, I can always go to my club where it has a 200 yard range. Sorry about your bad luck.
