The Peoples Republik of Illinois had similiar legislation when I lived ther several years ago. What it did was to bury the dealers in paperwork and was eventually abolished as NOTHING else was accomplished and it was agreed that the law was worthless in combating crime. Of course one of the goals of the left wing liberals is to make the purchase of anything firearms related complicated and this furthers their agenda.
Keep on thing in mind here Arnold is a RINO and is right there in bed with the lefties.
For those on this forum that love to hunt you ought to be a LOT more concerned with Obamas appointment of Cass Sunstein to an ovesight position in his administration. This guy is a very real and direct danger to the sport we all love.
