I have a photo of the Lindner that was hashed about on this site a few years back at home on the computer. I'll try and get them posted tonight.
This was the gun that put the dagger in the heart of the misspellig of the Lindner name. At about the same time this gun came to light, information provided by Hans Pfingsten and others positively identified the HAL intiials belonging to "Heinrich A. Lindner". Prior to this time, Lindner guns were often described as "Linder guns" (one "n" instead of the correct two "n"s in Lindner.) The research information combined with the Lindner-made and Lindner-markend gun definitively answered the question about the correct spelling of the man's name.
