Is the schrot/kugel selector the toplever or a slide/button? It still sounds like a Sauer Model XIX, Forster Dreilaufer(Forester's Drilling). If it was sourced from Sauer I would expect to see a serial number around 145,000 on one of the tubes or on the left side of the rear lug. It doesn't happen to have a "Crown" over "E" similar to this offering at Cabelas,
