On my pinfire, 12 bore I use 72 grains of powder, I have been using this load for quite a while but found the gun not very good for hunting. I just got a Lefever back from a gunsmith and the barrels are excellent. I plan to load 85 grains with Bismuth to increase the speed of the shot. Any idea on how much 13 grains of powder will increase the speed of the shot?
I get grains and drams confused, my measure gives me the correct amount. I am not goood with terms...
