Mr. Show is correct, if someone did simply solder a sleeve into the thin barrels without first reaming the required step for the sleeve to butt against, your first shot or two would "catch" the end of the new sleeve and rip it out, perhaps peeling the barrels like a banana peel. .032 is very thin, not enough meat there to work with. I have had this sort of work done, it takes a skilled machinist, but the work is available if the metal is thick enough.
