OP Northern Bob Sidelock Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 87 High Level, Alberta	Thank you for the replies. I have a short kit, but it is the 12 gauge model. I tried changing the height of the bar and was unable to get the crimp working. I'll take another look at it in the morning.
