Hi all, I have a double that I'd like to get tubed so I can use steel shot in her for ducks. The problem is that the outside bbl diameter is to small for Carlsons to fit (they require .825, mine is just at .800). So they are out. I know that Briley will come up, but I can't afford $500. I also can't afford to spend $3 for non-tox. My loads would be limited to #2 steel in 1 1/8oz.
So, does anyone know who can tube my gun that's reasonable for what I want to use it for?
If not, what do you think if I had the chokes let out to say .002 and .007. This is a modern double BTW.
