jOe is right on the money. The gun has no value over a white Trojan which can be bought for less than a thousand and some day properly restored. This V grade cannot ever be properly restored.

It's very difficult to get that doll's head looking right after a barrel & frame refinish. The gun, however, looks very presentable as a restoration project.

GregSY mentioned the weight seemed light. If it's a #1 frame it can easily weight 6/8. I have two that weigh exactly that. They make the finest upland guns you'll ever wrap your hand around.

A 12 gauge Parker at 6 1/2 lbs., that's tempting. Take it to someone that can restore it properly, just might bid on that if Greg says he doesn't want it.
