Win and Rem have a bunch of different "lite" loads. I'm not at home now, but I have on my computer there a pressure test of one of the Win lite loads (don't remember which one). Will find and try to post it later this week.
Lots of guys like the Win Super-X standard field load for old guns. 12 and 16 gauge are both 1 oz loads, and 20 is 7/8 oz. I use them in my Parkers, Fox, and LC Smiths. They also make these shells with 1-1/4 oz in 12 and 1-1/8 oz in 16, but I don't use those in the old guns. Read the fine print on the box because the preferred version of the Super-X is the one manufactured in Australia. They are much softer shooting than the typical Rem and Fed field loads.
