They can put four or five guns on one form when it is called in to the state.

On the bordering state issue, I can buy a long gun at a dealer or FFL transfer and leave with it just as soon as the state clears the call in, which is usually about 10 minutes. Whereas, buying in my state of the peoples republic of Ill. from a dealer, I have to wait 24 hrs. I can make a face to face with someone, and immediately have the gun. Go figure.???
