Well, I think it's a gorgeous gun and would make for a great shooter! However, it does appear the barrels have been sleeved, and not properly marked or represented in the sale. Further, I'd hazard a guess (I'm certainly no expert) that the wood has been refinished, that that recoil pad doesn't look "period", if you know what I mean. Still, it's a beatiful gun, except for the circles around the barrels that indicate the sleeve job (you'd really think they would have filled those in better than that), and the wrong finish on the barrels.

What's it worth? I don't know for sure, but I'd hazard about half the asking price, maybe less. Perpaps the fellow with the formula for determining value will make an appearance.
