While looking through an old Winchester Component Parts Catalog I happened across this: http://bluepike.tripod.com/Model21/BarrelSwivel/BarrelSwivel.htm . I'm embarrased for not finding this sooner and adding it to my web page. I've seen a few Model 21's fitted with swivels but don't have a photo.
