Ky Jon the pool of remaining Parkers especically in the smaller gauges was small to begin with and getting smaller each year. In this case I think you can have your cake and eat it to. Do a proper restoration and still use this gun. The difference being you don't toss it into the back of a pickup with the dead birds and the dogs when done hunting for the day. Let's enjoy but preserve what we have for future generations.
