Since these guns qualify, I guess, with a couple lovely single shot offerings I thought it might be worth a mention, Dakota Arms, it would seem, is sold to the parent of Remington.

tim, If you are saying that the parent Co. of Rem. (who is that?) purchased Dakota Arms, I find some irony in that. I believe in recent years everything that Remington has touched, they have ruined, Marlin is next.

Best, Steve Steve, sorry, been off a few days. While this is now public I'm right down the road from the Arms, a few buds that work there. Remington's parent is Cerberus Capitol [as in Chrysler]. The stories I could tell!!!!
