I know Luis Sier, he took some hunters some years ago to a hunting ranch I owned (big game hunting). IIRC only once or twice.
Also Pasper was an Argentine gunmaker.

Savage 240 have a standard pivot point and this gun have a build in pivot point. It looks very different to me.
It is not a top quallity gun but I have never saw on like that, not even in Lupi´s book "Grandi Fucili da Caccia Europei" and other books. It is very tight after more than 40 years of use.
