The bottom flats of lumps must just miss bottoming out on flat bottom of action body. This seems way easier than cutting precise holes to let the lumps through the action floor. I just mean to say I think it strange that the harder (If I'm right)way..lumps showing..has been linked to not so well regarded Guns. CrossChissles...SDH...SKB etc...??????? Franc
