I know of someone who's selling 150 standard FN boxlock actions where all parts still need fitting.
They're 12B actions who have been used in the past to make 12-16-20 gauge and even double rifle's(with modification).
Problem is the smallest quantity he wants to let them go at is 50 and the price is quite high and barrels are extra.Plus they're still in Belgium.
Did think about putting an add out onhere about them but problem would be that I'm middle person plus paying "finders fee" as it's a large quantity and it would be a trade advert.
If you look hard enough you still can find a kit somewhere
They sometimes crop up even in auctions here in the uk. There were two sidelock kits not that long ago in one of them. Might be an idea to keep an eye out on them.
