Thanks to all for your interest and good advice! My buyer got disgusted with the process and on his own found a new Dealer who is sending a copy of his license. I will say with certainty that any dealer who charges a exorbitant price to do a transfer will not get any of my business again! I did transfers in the past and it isn't rocket science. I know customer service in this country is going to hell, but recording firearms isn't any harder than organizing an Outers sale rack so they'd better watch out or I might go back in business!
