I believe the graded Fox guns made in Philadelphia and Utica were marked the same on the receiver sides; the barrels are stamped differently. The various stamps and engraving styles can be viewed at http://www.foxcollectors.com.

The Philly-made Sterlingworths were stamped "Sterlingworth" while the Savage-made Sterlingworths were stamped "Fox Sterlingworth".

Then there is the Fox Model "B", made by Savage, which is basically the same as a Stevens 311.
