Sorry, but if it were me I would be concerned,
first the barrels are not original, second they could have been fitted by an amateur and the jointing tolerances not checked or adjusted -leading to excessive premature wear - not only to the action but also the barrel hinge / lumps.
I would either pass on it or at the very least get the jointing checked out by a good double gunsmith - preferably a Perazzi repair Centre.
At the end of the day, its a buyers market - there are hundreds of Perazzi's out there.
If all is well with the jointing, then OK go ahead with the sale BUT, if it were me I would want a blooming good price on her!
