i have a friend who has shot a Mossberg, I bet, 20,000 rounds in and never cleaned it or oiled it. Never misfired and always worked. Does that make it a better gun than a Browning or an auto-clunker? Browning has made a lot of guns in different models and to me and to a lot of people, they are the guns to go to. How many models has Remington made that were any good? I have shot with a few guys that had a 1100 model but not for long. They hang up, won't fire, won't fed the shells right. I have two that I can't give away. The 870 is a better gun. There is a reason that most people shoot a Browning. By the way, what gun was the first automatic shotgun made for the U.S.? They did make a few so they must be a pretty good gun. Do you have any idea how many patents John Browning had in gun making? Must have been a good maker of guns.
