Locally, $22 for Eagle magnum, made in Peru. The standard around here (most readily available) has been Lawrence from Illinois and some people scorn the "furrin" stuff. But like everything else, it pays to be multi-sourced.

I got bored one evening and weighed out exactly 1 ounce Of #8 and #7.5 from a bag of each. Miking 10 of each showed no significant differences. Counting the pellets in each hinted at differences in the antimony content, but they flip-flopped, i.e., one brand had more #8/ounce, the other brand had more #7.5/ounce. The striking difference though was that the 1 ounce of Lawrence #7.5 had 4 "dumb bells" in it; 4 instances of 2 pellets fused together.

Not scientific, but enuff to convince me I'm OK with the Peruvian stuff for $1-2 less/bag.
