We can't buy the Kent TM here in bulk for reloading. Kent USA only sells it in loaded shells.
The new company that's loading bismuth is the same way, they only sell it in loaded shells.

The new NiceShot is easy to reload by all accounts but isn't cheap even if you buy loose shot and roll your own.
I'm hearing good things about the new ITX shot that Ballistic Products is selling but haven't gotten to try any myself as of yet. It's a little bit cheaper than NiceShot at least.
A friend has been hunting for old bismuth shells at clearance prices then cutting them open to reload the shot. He's had decent luck buying 3 1/2 inch 12 gauge shells for a good price as there seem to still be a lot of those floating around on the market. He's having to look awfully hard and then wheel and deal to get a good price though.
