Loan- yup- but you have to return it. If you own and shoot the best BA long extractor Mauser based rifle ever made in a US of A All-American factory, before all the "cheap chink crap" became part of our system- then you should own the book. Ditto the "Perfect Repeater", can't see owning and shooting Model 12's without the Riffle and Madis books, for openers. I don't like to loan or rent or "land contract" anything- I either own it outright, or wait until I have the cash money to buy it outright-what made our Country great- when Bernie Madoff was schlepping ties in the garment district and Bernie Baruch was hunting quail with Bob Ruark- AKA- "The Good Old Days"- gone forever!!

Sweep... The .375 is the most desireable of the three. But they all should be kept, and enjoyed. Should you go ahead with your plans to sell, I would suggest the classifieds on this very site. Not relegate a fine rifle to a gunshow....... Grant.
P.S. I would be extremely interested in purchasing your .375 at an honest price......

Grant, thanks for the reply, The person I'm talking with may trade a Parker repro DHE for the 375. Neither of us have looked at the others guns. We are to meet next week. I'll keep you posted as to how things go.

Depending on the Parker Repro DHE condition and set up, but you will be way ahead money wise with that trade. I'm sure the .375 is outstanding, but it would be hard pressed to be worth as much as the PR DHE. So, go for it. If both parties are happy, so be it.

Well, We finally were able to get together and struck a deal. I parted with the 375 and the 30-06 featherweight and traded for a DHE 20gauge 2 barrel set. 26" IC/M and 28" M/F. The gun shows some very minor use and the wood has a few marks and is just beautiful with lots of figure and design. So with me being able to keep the Super Grade and getting this double, I am quite pleased. I will take the DHE out and shoot it this weekend. Thanks again for all the information and help.
