Not a joke, Cadet, thanks for the insight.

The Darne double trigger system Ted is referring to uses the front tirgger to fire the barrels sequentially, right then left with two trigger pulls, however the rear trigger only fires the left barrel. Quite unique but serves me well.-Dick

Thanks to Revdocdrew for posting my photos of the Churchill Repeating Double/Single Mechanisim. I think it's fair to say that it had not been fitted to a Beesley Self-Opener before!
