Have not bought from him, but have discussed a possible purchase. He was very helpful, referred me to another dealer (one of his competitors) who had exactly what I was looking for. Seems like a good guy.

Yes, a couple or three times, but not recently. His prices have gone up quite a bit, but I think he's still competitive with most dealers. No complaints.

I just purchased from him two weeks ago and it was one of the best transactions I've had. Maybe not the cheapest but fine service and great communication for sure.

I've purchased at least 1 longarm over the phone and have made his acquaitance at gunshows, having zero problems. His son operates his website and Paul is just about always available for questions, except in the event he is mowing a local cemetery. He will work with you in just about any fashion.

he's a good guy, been around a very long time, answers his phone, does what he says. i've never been able to get him to cut me much slack on prices but he wasn't out of line anyway. i'll admit tho his prices don't fall into the category i'd call good deals as much as they used to but he's in business, not running a charity.
and i've never sent one back to him either.

I talked to him on the phone and bought a shotgun from him. No complaints from me with this deal.
